Bug#391190: mockobjects: FTBFS: Missing Build-Depends on 'ant-optional'

Hi,

> Please add the missing Build-Depends on 'ant-optional' to debian/control.

I've prepared an NMU to fix this, in order to get etch released.
Please see the attached diff for reference.

I'll leave such an operation to the maintainer.
