while upgrading msttcorefonts I got two warnings in postinst: warning: /usr/share/fonts/X11/truetype does not exist or is not a directory warning: /usr/lib/X11/fonts/truetype does not exist or is not a directory They both come from the `update-fonts-dir truetype' call in postinst and refer to all locations currently handled by update-fonts-dir. Thus, this call is totally useless since msttcorefonts stores nothing in /usr/share/fonts/X11/truetype nor in /usr/lib/X11/fonts/truetype. On the other hand, packages storing files in /usr/share/fonts/truetype (as msttcorefonts does) usually operate on fc-cache, which msttcorefonts does not.
