If this is true, it isn't a minor bug. This bug claims that the
documentation in the config file is saying the exact opposite of the
truth. Documentation bugs do not get any more serious.

Uncomment is a perfectly acceptable word. It means to remove comments.
Comment out, on the other hand, means to disable a line by marking it as
a comment. These terms have both been in use for several decades,
probably since the birth of assembly language.

When I read the config file, I assumed that noflushd had good default
values for laptops, and commenting the values in the noflushd config
file would use those defaults. This documentation error is accentuated
by the fact that the TIMEOUT and DISKS line are uncommented by default.
