Hello Tanguy, Sorry, for some reason I never received this bug report. My guess: you are using a program (wineconf ?) that create Debian menu entry in ~/.menu/ and run update-menus. update-menus will generate both the ~/.local/share/applications/menu-xdg and ~/.config/menus/debian-menu.menu With recent GNOME, you should get menu entries for wine. If not please send me the files in ~/.menu/.
