got this reply from such unoff. stardict-english-czech maint.
That way, stardict-english-czech from now on shouldn't be installable on
Sarge, though that means little for the bug reported, as already mentioned.
Hope the dep on Pango gives a clue for a real fix.

It looks like support for Pango markup which my dictionary uses has
been added in 2.4.6, so I will increase deps according to that.
