I do not think this is the work that tightvnc should do. You can
simply change your router/firewall to forward the port you want to
an inside computer.

Isn't that possible?

I have looked at gotomypc.com, but I do not understand how you want
tightvnc to conform to that. As far as I understand this means that
you need to log into gotomypc.com homepage to get access. This means
that the gotomypc software connect to the gotomypc.com site and start
a connection there. When you connect to their homepage they can request
operations from the software using that connection.
Such functionality could be implemented, BUT it will take very long time
using the current code AND tightvnc is not secure enough for this.

So the simple answer is no, it is not really feasible, especially as
it need a number of extra components (like web site module and web site
connector).
