Hi

Yes opengl is needed, and it is on the dependency list. You need to configure
your X server to have that support.

I'll see if I can reproduce this problem. Currently it is very simple but that
is because my X driver do not support GL at all.

Check with some other program that need GL/3D support (like xt) and see
if you can get that working.
