Package: linux-image-2.6.17-2-686 Version: 2.6.17-9 Severity: normal When attempting to boot 2.6.17-2-686 on a dell 2950, the kernel oopses when I'm using a serial console, but boots ok when I'm not. A hardware reset is necessary to get access to the machine back. I'm using ipmi sol to access the console. Below is the complete boot log, apologies if this is too long.
