current maxima version(5.10.0-1) is unsupported by texmacs
insert session --> maxima
"ed Unsupported version of maxima: 5.10.0"
pressing enter makes texmacs hang
this makes maxima unusable from within texmacs, don't know if this can be fixed
in texmacs but texmacs should not hang
bug #377750 seems to have been the same problem with older version of
maxima/texmacs:
"texmacs: Goes into infinite loop when maxima is wrong version"
