Whenever mysql_upgrade is run I get the following error on my logs:
Checking for crashed MySQL tables.
Upgrading MySQL tables if necessary.
Could not find file mysql_fix_privilege_tables.sql
Please use --basedir to specify the directory where MySQL is installed

The file exists in /usr/share/mysql. If I pass --basedir=/usr/share/mysql to
mysql_upgrade it complains with the following message instead:
Can't find program '/usr/share/mysql/bin/mysqlcheck'.
