Sorry, my problem is not libpango1.0-0. I think it's a problem with fontconfig-config or fontconfig in unstable. (Downgrading to libfontconfig1_2.3.2-7_powerpc.deb libfontconfig1-dev_2.3.2-7_powerpc.deb fontconfig_2.3.2-7_powerpc.deb fontconfig-config_2.3.2-7_all.deb solves my problem.)
