Package: fontconfig-config
Version: 2.4.1-1
Severity: serious
Justification: Policy 10.7.3
I use dpkg-reconfigure to modify the setting of fontconfig after
upgrade to version 2.4.0-5. Here are the associated debconf
config.dat
* My custom setting
Name: fontconfig/enable_bitmaps
Template: fontconfig/enable_bitmaps
Value: false
Owners: fontconfig-config
Flags: seen
Name: fontconfig/hinting_type
Template: fontconfig/hinting_type
Value: Native
Owners: fontconfig-config
Flags: seen
Name: fontconfig/subpixel_rendering
Template: fontconfig/subpixel_rendering

While upgrading to version 2.4.1-1, it seems fontconfig-config automatically
restore the setting back to default. I have to use dpkg-reconfigure to set it
again.
