reassign 387456 hibernate

This is a bug in the hibernate scripts. They should send NM a
notification to disable the network before suspend, and a notification
after resume (e.g. as powersaved or pm-utils does it).

Please follow the link [1] to see how this can was done for pm-utils.
I'm sure, hibernate can integrate that similarly.
