It shouldn't start with a proposition like "A", "The", "An" etc.

I'd say it shouldn't be longer than 60 characters as a general
rule.

I'd leave out the "extremely" since this may be subjective, but
otherwise it's ok. (and I would start with a capital letter
since it looks better, but that's not conforming with the DR
as I just found out *sigh*)
