You are welcome to poke him or the wxpython list about this again, but to be honest, I fear little is likely to come of reporting issues with the 2.4 branch there. If you really want this fixed, your best bet would be to submit a patch to the bts here which we can incorporate ourselves...
Ok, for obscure "aesthetic" reasons, I don't like that bugs stay open for too long, so I periodically check what happened to the bugs I reported. Nevertheless, this bug (which does not matter to me) is still present in 2.6 (in the package python-wxtools). Do you want me to report the bug to [EMAIL PROTECTED], or should we let this bug open in this state for the moment?
