libsem does not have any Linux ports in his Arch: line, yet it got uploaded for (until now) i386 and powerpc. Those packages are broken (semaphores are provided by glibc on GNU/Linux), see #298815. Even worse, I got a report that debootstrap broke on powerpc due to this, though I wouldn't know how this could happen. We are currently discussing whether libsem should be removed from the archive completely, though there is no consensus yet.
