I confirmed the reported bug, added the suggested build-dependency and the
bug was correctly fixed.

Therefore, I'm going to upload an NMU that fixes this problem, with a very
simple diff.  I'm attaching the complete output of interdiff, which is
very simple (only the build-dep and the changelog).
