Package: otrs2 Version: 2.0.4p01-13 Severity: important
Hi, I just installed otrs2 and my mail box is already filled with tens of cryptic error messages such as this one: Subject:Cron <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> test -x $HOME/bin/GenericAgent.pl && $HOME/bin/GenericAgent.pl >> /dev/null DBI::db=HASH(0x86ea780)->disconnect invalidates 1 active statement handle (either destroy statement handles or call finish on them before disconnecting) at /usr/share/otrs/Kernel/System/DB.pm line 219, <PRODUCT> line 4. The redirection ">> /dev/null" is probably an error because it does not make sense to append to /dev/null. Do you mean "&> /dev/null" intead? (which would solve my mailbox-filling problem). -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (100, 'unstable'), (99, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.17-2-686 Locale: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] (charmap=ISO-8859-15) Versions of packages otrs2 depends on: ii adduser 3.97 Add and remove users and groups ii apache2-mpm-prefork [apache2] 2.0.55-4.2 traditional model for Apache2 ii dbconfig-common 1.8.21 common framework for packaging dat ii debconf 1.5.3 Debian configuration management sy ii libapache2-mod-perl2 2.0.2-2 Integration of perl with the Apach ii libauthen-sasl-perl 2.10-1 Authen::SASL - SASL Authentication ii libdate-pcalc-perl 1.2-2 Perl module for Gregorian calendar ii libdbi-perl 1.52-1 Perl5 database interface by Tim Bu ii libemail-valid-perl 0.176-1 Check validity of Internet email a ii libio-stringy-perl 2.110-1 Perl5 modules for IO from scalars ii libmailtools-perl 1.74-0.1 Manipulate email in perl programs ii libmime-perl 5.420-0.1 Perl5 modules for MIME-compliant m ii perl 5.8.8-6.1 Larry Wall's Practical Extraction ii ucf 2.0014 Update Configuration File: preserv Versions of packages otrs2 recommends: ii aspell 0.60.4-4 GNU Aspell spell-checker ii ispell 3.1.20.0-4.3 International Ispell (an interacti ii libdbd-mysql-perl 3.0006-1 A Perl5 database interface to the ii libdbd-pg-perl 1.49-1 a PostgreSQL interface for Perl 5 ii libgd-graph-perl 1.43.08-2 Graph Plotting Module for Perl 5 ii libgd-text-perl 0.86-3 Text utilities for use with GD ii libxml-parser-perl 2.34-4.1 Perl module for parsing XML files ii maildrop 2.0.2-5 mail delivery agent with filtering ii mysql-server-5.0 [mysql-ser 5.0.24-3 mysql database server binaries ii postgresql-8.1 8.1.4-6 object-relational SQL database, ve ii procmail 3.22-16 Versatile e-mail processor -- debconf information: otrs2/pgsql/method: unix socket otrs2/internal/reconfiguring: false otrs2/install-error: abort otrs2/db/app-user: otrs otrs2/resetdbuser: true otrs2/pgsql/manualconf: otrs2/remove-error: abort otrs2/pgsql/changeconf: false otrs2/db/dbname: otrs2 otrs2/upgrade-error: abort otrs2/remote/host: otrs2/pgsql/admin-user: postgres otrs2/db/basepath: otrs2/dbconfig-remove: otrs2/pgsql/authmethod-admin: ident * otrs2/database-type: mysql otrs2/remote/port: otrs2/upgrade-backup: true otrs2/dbconfig-reinstall: false otrs2/mysql/method: unix socket otrs2/pgsql/authmethod-user: otrs2/remote/newhost: otrs2/purge: false otrs2/mysql/admin-user: root * otrs2/dbconfig-install: true otrs2/pgsql/no-empty-passwords: otrs2/dbconfig-upgrade: true otrs2/passwords-do-not-match: -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
