Package: ssl-cert Version: 1.0.13 Severity: minor As the default openssl config specifies the use of $HOME, when this is not set the openssl call within make-ssl-cert fails.
In the template "/usr/share/ssl-cert/ssleay.cnf" $HOME is used to set RANDFILE, but this is also set by make-ssl-cert before the openssl call, so perhaps the line in the template can simply be removed.
