Thanks, it's committed. This template should indeed go away some day because most of its purpose was D-I and questions are now asked by user-setup in D-I. So, the only use is now chroot installs settings and I'm not sure that these really need interactivity to establish root's password and create a new user. I think we will remove this post-etch.
