Package: lsb-base
Version: 3.1-14
Severity: important

On line 103 in 3.1-14, getopts is told to store the current argument in
var $opt, while case expects it in $i on line 104, which prevents some
initscripts from correctly stopping their programs.

It seems that getopts should put the current argument into $i (from the
list of local variables).
