I use Epiphany as my web browser. When clicking on an http link in a
Tomboy note, I get the message "Epiphany could not connect to the session
message bus. Your default settings will not be available.".

This can be reproduced manually by running 'env -u
DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS epiphany'. So it is possible that Tomboy is
removing this and other environment variables from the programs that it
launches.
