pdftotext can find the "Big5" encoding file, but pdftohtml can't! try on http://www.noise.com.tw/prducts/5.1.pdf
Also seen from a pdf not on line: pdftotext allows us to copy, but pdftohtml says "Error: Copying of text from this document is not allowed"! pdftotext has no problem, but pdftohtml says "Error: PDF version 1.5 -- xpdf supports version 1.4 (continuing anyway)" -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
