I did that for translate-docformat 0.6-3 but there is one
important thing to consider, without tetex-bin it is not going to
be possible to install translate-docformat, because it depends on
jadetex and jadetex depends on the tetex-bin (without the texlive
alternative).
I [1]saw a bug report against jadetex similar to this one,
as I checked there are no big problems after solving the Dependency
chain problem and then it would be possible to install
translate-docformat (without tetex-bin) and having it working
properly.
