I tried to copy "(»denial of service«)" from http://www.debian.org/security/2006/dsa-1117.de.html into an xterm running vim but got only "(denial of service)". The quotation characters are also not marked as opposed to the other characters. I selected the text via mouse and tried to insert it with the middle mouse button. Maybe this problem belongs to a base library or even Xorg. PS: This kind of copy&paste works well from and to an xterm.
