A rebuild fixes the issue, but this line should be changed
-Depends: ${python:Depends}, python-numeric (= ${Source-Version}), python-tk
+Depends: ${python:Depends}, python-numeric (= ${source:Version}), python-tk
so that the package can be binNMUed.
