Package: nessus-plugins Severity: important The scripts nessus-update-plugins and nessus-update-plugins-gpl restart the nessusd their own way under some assumptions about the location of the PID file which happen to be wrong for the Debian nessusd package.
Suggested fix: in the two scripts nessus-update-plugins[-gpl] don't hup directly but call /etc/init.d/nessusd restart. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.16.17-id1-k8-1 Locale: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] (charmap=ISO-8859-15) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
