OK, now I have tested it.
mc:

The same bahaviour. In a VT or XTerm I get only files beginning with
UPPER case letters, but in mc I get ALL letters. Numbers are not shown.
So this mean, [A-Z] in the mc command line is case insensitive while in
a VT or XTerm it is sensitive.
