Hi Artur,

you've hit a gnupg bug here - putting 'with-fingerprint' in gpg.conf
makes the command line argument --fingerprint a no-op. I'm reassigning
the bug to gnupg. (I'll add a workaround to gpg-key2ps until this is
fixed in gnupg.)
