I just had a look at the PO. I looks to me the merge didn't work properly.
E.g. an obvious mistake:
#: vipw.8.xml:70(term)
#, fuzzy
msgid "<option>-p</option>, <option>--passwd</option>"
msgstr "<option>-a</option>, <option>--all</option>"
This renders the German PO unusable.
I will work on updating the whole PO-File, but it will take me a while. I am
pretty busy lately with studying for my finals.
