retitle 369282 does not handle consistently minuses in page names

It appears that if the first two words of the link are linked by a
minus sign, this is happening (although I have already a page,
"Aspell-ro", which is not suffering from the same issue. The link, in
my case, was "ppp-udeb to do list". if the minus separates two later
words, there are no problems
I have tried:
- removing the page (without cahnaging the link which pointed to it in
the main page; clicking the link and readding the contens -> the
button was pressed, but after switching to another page, then
returning, the button was not lowered
- remove the page, change link name by adding a new word ("pppoe") in
front of "ppp-udeb", click link, add old contents -> the button is
pressed
- add new page (just one word - "sas") -> button pressed
- change previous link from "sas" to "sas-bas" -> neither button
"sas-bas" is pressed in any case, nor the old "ppp-udeb to do list" is
- change back from sas-bas to sas -> buton for sas page is not
pressed; removing the link and readding it back does not help
