I don't think that's quite correct. The bug fix you mention fixes a bug where after suspending the cursor keys always insert A, B, C or D. The random behaviour that Stephen reports sounds like the old bug to me, and I doubt 2.0.2 will fix it (though I'd be delighted to hear otherwise!)
