Hi, I found a Perl module called Mail::POP3Client. It is available at CPAN and is also packaged in libmail-pop3client-perl for Debian.
It supports POP3s.
I wrote small utility using it and
got to believe pop3browswer can support POP3s
if it is rewritten using this module.
