I don't have an idea what exactly is going wrong there, but I can
reproduce the problem here.  It seems that some of the filter
mechanisms take too long (if you wait long enough, you get the page,
but it takes some seconds, sometimes minutes).

I forwarded your bug report upstream.

Same as above.  I was able to reproduce the problem with this URL,
too.  But I didn't restart privoxy but only waited some minutes and
the filtering mechanism really terminated after some time.

Any help to find the bug is appreciated.  Until this it's submitted
upstream now.
