The migration moves the log to
/var/log/postgresql/postgresql-7.4-main.log, which is automatically
removed when the postgresql-7.4 package is purged. The particular
removal happens in postgresql-common's pg_dropcluster script, so you
won't directly find it in postgresql-7.4's postrm.
