Hi,
I'm cloning 354933 against ifupdown because we were not capable of
finding a way to support VLAN based interfaces with both IPv4 and IPv6
with the help of the current ifupdown semantics.
Currently, the hooks are called for both the inet and the inet6 stanza,
even if they concern the same interface. This particularly a problem
on down, when processing of the first inet stanza will remove the vlan
interface, and the second will fail.
