My apologies for my tardiness. I have neglected this bug for a month.

I can't seem to be able to reproduce this. I created a directory with
filenames that are over 130 characters long, and the progress indicator
works fine. I'm using gnome-terminal, and I tested with xterm and screen
as well. What terminal software are you using? Can you think of
something else to help me replicate it?

Should be simple enough, I'll see what I can do.
