However, I do intend to work on this, and the reason I am filing at this early stage is because I'd rather work with others that have the same idea than to end up with two incompatible implementations. The basic idea is to provide a bzr plugin that will automate Debian package maintenance in bzr as much as possible. It'll be similar to the other *-buildpackage packages, but I also have a bunch of new directions I want to follow.
