The Debian mailing lists can be subscribed to/from at http://lists.debian.org. However, the lists policy allow non subscribers posts (this is the case for all Debian lists). So you can for sure imagine sending a file for review without being a subscriber. You just need to ask explicitely to be CC'ed to answers. Please find attached the de.po file for ISO 639. When done, you can send the new file to this same bug so that the maintainer (Alastair Mc Kinstry) incorporates it in the package. >
