Seems like Steinar's upload made into testing. I've checked and no
package in testing depends on libtexttools2, so I've marked it for
removal in tomorrow's britney run.
If there's a reason why it'd be necessary to have a libtexttools in
testing despite the ABI breakage, please do let me know.
