Alias /phpldapadmin /usr/local/share/phpldapadmin/htdocs and <DirectoryMatch /usr/local/share/phpldapadmin/htdocs> ... </DirectoryMatch> instead of /usr/share/phpldapadmin (note the additional "htdocs") This is because of security reasons, the lib, config, doc, locale, templates and tools directory are not accesible this way.
