The fix from the security tracker, 27c0d1af8881 "Better enforcement of max publishers in VideoRoom (#3678)" is in upstream tags v1.4.2 and v1.4.3. Its non-test part applies cleanly to the unstable 1.4.1+ds-4 source on https://www.google.com/url?q=http://sources.debian.org&source=gmail&ust=1793800198190000&sa=E. trixie has no janus. Mechanical patch-applies check only; not built or tested. Regards
