Package: bsdgames Version: 2.17-33 Severity: minor The .desktop files shipped in /usr/share/applications/bsdgames/ set "Terminal=True" with a capital T.
The Desktop Entry Specification defines boolean values as lowercase "true" and "false". On Linux Mint 22 (Cinnamon, Ubuntu 24.04 base), launching a game from the Games menu does nothing visible: the game starts without a terminal and exits immediately. After I copied the launchers to ~/.local/share/applications/ as bsdgames-<name>.desktop and changed the line to "Terminal=true", the games open in a terminal as expected. Suggested fix: change Terminal=True to Terminal=true in all of the .desktop files in the package. Example, from bsdgames-adventure: Exec=bsdgames-adventure Terminal=True Categories=Game;AdventureGame;ConsoleOnly Thanks, Daniel Krulewich
