Package: b4 Version: 0.16.0-1 Severity: normal X-Debbugs-Cc: [email protected]
Dear Maintainer, The b4 review TUI is built on Textual, which upstream declares in the optional "[tui] extra" as (textual >= 1.0 and rich >= 13.0). The Debian package doesn't depend on python3-textual so on a system without it the "b4 review tui" command fails straight away with: The TUI requires the textual library. The review TUI is a core part of the b4 review workflow so it shouldn't need a dependency installed by hand. python3-textual should be added to Depends. python3-rich comes in through python3-textual, so it doesn't need to be listed separately. -- System Information: Debian Release: forky/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: arm64 Kernel: Linux 7.2.7+deb14-amd64 (SMP w/16 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_GB:en Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages b4 depends on: ii git-filter-repo 2.47.0-3 ii python3 3.14.7-3 ii python3-dkim 1.1.8-3 ii python3-dnspython 2.8.0-6 ii python3-ezgb 0.2.0-1 ii python3-liblore 0.8.2-2 ii python3-patatt 0.8.0-1 ii python3-pygit2 1.19.3-1+b1 ii python3-requests 2.34.2-1 b4 recommends no packages. b4 suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
