I can reproduce your problem, but some Amarok forum mentioned that using
a newer version of libxine1 should help. Indeed it does, you should be
able to play FLAC files with amarok 1.4.1 and the version of libxine1
that is in experimental (1.1.1+cvs20060702-1).
