That's a similar set of symptoms, but at this stage I don't think there is enough informatino to link it directly to this bug report. The reason for PHPwiki running out of memory when loading pages seems to be due to it loading in the source for each page from disk and not freeing the memory after it has been loaded into the database. I don't expect that PHPwiki is loading in the source for each page every time you try and edit a single page.
