Description : offline-key OpenPGP certificate signing workflow
pcaff manages OpenPGP certificate signing using either a local
certification key or a separate permanently offline keyholder machine.
It collects certificates, certifies selected user IDs, generates
per-recipient notification messages, and delivers them over SMTP.
