I noticed this autopkgtest error while working on the DFSG note. Did you check the 2.3.0+repack1-1 Deb CI or Salsa for any autopkgtest failure?

Autopkgtest execute properly and exit with Ok status

They are failing on unstable due to a build warning.

Presently this is not happening on testing.

This warning need to be suppressed through patch or in the rule file.
