Package: dict-gcide Version: 0.54 Severity: normal Tags: patch X-Debbugs-Cc: [email protected]
The version of gcide that's used by the "dict" server has a typo in the definition of "surge". It says "1. To swell; to rise hifg and roll." I have a copy of the old unabridged Webster, and it says "...rise high and roll." I don't have the "dict-gcide" package installed, but came across this when consulting the "dict" server. I hope you can correct the error. -- A.T.Young -- System Information: Debian Release: forky/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable-debug'), (500, 'testing-debug'), (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable'), (500, 'oldstable'), (100, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 7.1.12+deb14-amd64 (SMP w/16 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_CPU_OUT_OF_SPEC, TAINT_USER Locale: LANG=en_IN.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_IN.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_IN:en Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages dict-gcide depends on: ii dicod [dict-server] 2.12-4+b2 dict-gcide recommends no packages.
