as per tracker.d.o vcswatch fails to parse the packaging repository that is declared in Vcs fields. I verified the Vcs-Git address https://git.sr.ht/~kilobyte/kbtin.git with a browser and it returns 404. For Vcs-Browser https://git.sr.ht/~kilobyte/kbtin/tree/debian the browser has to pass a JS based test whether a human is accessing the page. Such means make sense in general but they are breaking our QA tools. Please migrate the packaging to Salsa to prevent this. I'd happily help you with the migration.
